Each piece is made to order. Production takes 1–2 weeks, then shipping to the US takes 7–10 business days. You will receive tracking as soon as the ring leaves our atelier.
Yes, until production starts. We confirm every detail with you in writing first; once you approve and we begin production, the order is locked. Changes made before that point may require re-quoting.
Your first resize is free within 90 days of delivery. Contact us and we will arrange it — you only cover shipping one way.
Yes, engraving is complimentary. Dates, initials and short phrases can be added inside the band. We confirm the exact text and font with you before production.
Sometimes. It depends on the workshop schedule that week. Write to jin@panolnlay.com with your date and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Every center stone comes with its IGI certificate. The certificate ships with the ring and matches the stone you receive.
Yes. We ship door to door and cover all duties and taxes, so the price at checkout is the final price. There are no fees to pay on delivery.
You can pay with PayPal or any major credit or debit card. Card payments are processed securely through PayPal, and you do not need a PayPal account to use them.
